Group cruise planning for families

Your families already travel together. Put them on the same ship.

We plan group cruises for churches, youth sports leagues, dance studios and scout troops — on dates that work around the school calendar, sailing from ports you can drive to.

Built for people who already organize things

If you run trips for your group, you know the hard part isn’t picking a destination. It’s the forty separate conversations, the payment chasing and the rooming list at midnight.

Churches

Youth groups, mission teams, family ministries

Youth sports

Leagues, travel teams, club programs

Dance & gymnastics

Studios, competition teams, booster clubs

Scouts

Troops, packs, councils and their families

How it works

Five steps, and only one of them is yours.

1

A 15-minute call

You tell us about your group. We tell you honestly whether a group sailing is a fit — including if it isn’t.

2

We find the sailing

Drive-to ports, school-holiday dates, group rates. We bring you two or three options that fit your calendar.

3

You tell your people

An announcement, a reminder, and an info night. That’s your part, and it’s the part only you can do.

4

Everyone books directly

Each family books and pays the cruise line with their own card. Nothing routes through you or your organization.

5

We handle the rest

Payment reminders, rooming lists, travel documents, and the hundred questions families ask before a trip.

6

You sail

Your group travels together, and you get to actually enjoy it instead of running it.

You never touch anyone’s money

This is the part most group organizers are relieved to hear. Every family books directly with the cruise line and pays with their own card. No collection envelope, no spreadsheet of who still owes what, no money moving through your organization’s account.

It means you are never responsible for someone else’s payment, and your organization is never holding funds for a trip. We chase the deadlines so you don’t have to chase your own people.

What organizing a group earns you

Cruise lines reward groups that reach certain sizes. Those credits can go toward the organizer’s own cabin fare, or be shared across the group to bring everyone’s cost down. Which makes sense depends on your group, and we’ll walk through both.

  • Group rates below what the same cabin sells for publicly
  • Credits that grow as more families join
  • Onboard perks for the group, arranged in advance
  • A single point of contact for every family’s questions

We’ll give you real figures for your group size on the call, rather than numbers on a page that turn out not to apply to your sailing.

Fifteen minutes, and a straight answer

Tell us about your group and we’ll tell you whether this works. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so on the call.
