Group bookings: the secret to paying less
Bring your church, team, studio or crew — or start a group and we’ll help you fill it. We deal with the cruise line, the cabins, the paperwork and the money. Nobody pays you anything, and it costs you nothing.
Group offers cover cruise fare only — taxes, fees and port expenses still apply. Eligibility varies by cruise line and sailing; we show exact numbers before anyone commits.
Takes about a minute. No pressure and no pitch if it is not a fit — we will say so.
Tell us about your people and your dates. We hold cabins with the cruise line, you share one link, and families add themselves — no spreadsheets, and you never collect a penny from anybody. Once around sixteen people have joined, the cruise line covers the organizer’s fare. Taxes and port fees still apply, and we show exact numbers before anyone commits.
No group yet? We build your group page — think of it like an Evite for a sailing — give you the tools to share it, and put marketing behind it. Every family that joins books at the group rate, and once enough cabins join, that covered fare can be yours. If it never fills, nothing happens and nobody owes anything.
Don’t want to wait six months? Skip the group. We check real prices every morning for cruises leaving in the next 90 days — taxes, fees and port expenses included. See this week’s list, call, and it is booked with the cruise line the same day.
Not sure which path is yours? Answer a few questions and we point you to the right one — takes about a minute.
No group yet? Start anyway — pick “I could bring a group together” and we build you a shareable group page, then help you fill it.
Don’t want to wait? Skip the group: see this week’s last-minute cruises — real prices, checked every morning.
Sound like your people? Start the conversation — no pressure, and if a cruise is not right for your group we say so.
Cruise lines make groups eligible for things individual bookings are not. What a particular group qualifies for depends on the line, the sailing and how many cabins travel, so we go through it properly on the call rather than promising it here.
The cruise line pays us, not you and not your families. Everyone pays what they would have paid anyway, and you get someone who answers the phone when a flight is cancelled at six in the morning.
If a cruise is not right for your group, we will tell you on the call rather than sell you something that disappoints thirty families you have to face every week.
