This policy explains what information Best Life Destinations LLC ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your choices, including for text messaging.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide to us directly: your name, your organization, your business phone number and email address, and details about a group trip you may want to organize (group size, preferred dates, departure port, and budget).

How we use it

We use your information to communicate with you about organizing a group cruise, to coordinate calls and appointments, to prepare and share quotes from cruise lines, and to respond to your questions.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If you provide your mobile number in a form on our website that states we will text you (for example, requesting a hold on a last-minute cruise or completing our group enquiry), ask us on a phone call to send you a scheduling link, or text us first, we may send you transactional and conversational messages about your trip. We do not sell your information, and we will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to communicate with you about your group trip.

Data sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and calling provider), and with the cruise line and our host agency as needed to quote or book the travel you have asked us to arrange. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

We never take payment on this website, and we do not process payments ourselves. When you book a trip with us, we take your card details by phone and enter them into the cruise line's own booking system. The cruise line charges your card directly, and your money does not pass through us.

We do not retain your card number after a booking is made, and we will never ask for card details by email or text message. If you receive a message that appears to be from us asking for card details in writing, it did not come from us.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To ask us to delete your information or with any privacy question, contact us below.
